K.E.M. Hospital, Pune
Piling works for the multistoried Diamond Jubilee Building — later appreciated by the late Prime Minister.
1974 – 75
Borivali School
A Ground + 4 floor school with auditorium.
1975 – 76
Nariman Point
Piling works of 40% of a multistoried building at Nariman Point, executed successfully.
1976 – 80
Gemini Studios & Chennai
Ten buildings of more than Ground + 9 floors each at Gemini Studio and other projects in Chennai.
1979 – 81
Versova, for Mumbai's teachers
Residential buildings at Versova for the Mumbai Teachers Associations.
1982
Vinalaya Campus Work, Andheri
Development of property at Vinalaya Road including the St. Xavier's and St. Annie's campus development at Mahakali Caves, Andheri.
1985
Holy Cross Society, Kalyan
Development of Holy Cross Society land at Kalyan — hospitals, a school and a 25-foot auditorium.

High Court Judges Residency, BKC
